Mettler's METROSENE 100% polyester thread can be used to sew a wide array of different garments, from a weekend-perfect slouchy t-shirt to a breathtaking evening dress. It works beautifully with all manner of fabrics - cotton, synthetics, blends, linen, and silk. This thread has extremely high tensile strength and provides fantastic seam strength with no thread breakage and a high degree of chafe resistance. It is also very elastic with a beautiful hand and luxurious lustre. Sewists will love that it creates smooth seams and is very easy to clean.
